Top customer service
The first thing I want to mention is how fantastic the customer support has been. I had a little trouble setting everything up, but the support team responded promptly and helped me get everything sorted quickly. That level of service made a huge difference. As a professional hairstylist, this app is going to make my life so much easier. I can now simply recommend the products I use and trust, and send my clients the direct link. It's a seamless, professional way to help clients purchase the right products without any hassle. If you're looking for an easy-to-use dropshipping solution backed by excellent customer service, I highly recommend this app. It's taken the hassle out of the hustle and made selling professional hair products so much simpler.

HUSL review
I joined HUSL because I use a wide range of professional products in the salon, and it makes it so easy to recommend them directly to my clients through my own online store instead of sending them elsewhere to buy them. The personalised support has been fantastic, and the technical team has always been friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful. It's made the whole experience simple and stress free. I'm really happy to be part of HUSL.

Support Every Independent Stylist Needs
Two years ago, when I went out on my own, I needed a solution for managing client bookings and payments instead of relying on my calendar and notes. I looked into traditional salon software, but found it expensive and overly complicated. As soon as I signed up with HUSL and entered my details, Marmi contacted me almost immediately to explain everything and help me get set up. The support from the very beginning was incredible. This app has everything you need as an independent stylist or anyone working in the beauty and service industry. Payments are processed quickly and seamlessly, and every week I receive a clear invoice showing all of my income, making bookkeeping so much easier. Whenever I've had a question or needed assistance, the support team has been responsive, friendly, and quick to help. I genuinely wouldn't want to use anything else. HUSL has taken so much stress out of running my business and has been one of the best decisions I've made. Highly recommend!

FANTASTIC education & support!!
Not only is the HUSL app a phenomenal platform by having all those amazing features like dropshipping, e-store, bookings, wholesale ordering but my absolute favourite part of the app is the education and support. It really is a family type support system. I have attended many educational sessions and all have been so great, the team at HUSL are a great networking supportive community. Love it so much! Thank you HUSL, highly recommend this platform, especially to those in small businesses or solo operators, Such a great platform.

Best booking system
I'm honestly astounded that HUSL isn't bigger than it already is, it's hands the best booking system I've ever used, and I've used a lot over the years! Everything about it simple, intuitive and easy to navigate! As a freelance stylist having my booking system and access to most brands is a game changer for me I use all in one place is and absolute game changer. It takes away so much stress and time dealing with multiple accounts! What really sets HUSL apart though is the team behind it! They are always super approachable, and genuinely invested in helping their me succeed. Any issue or questions that I have is always answered quickly and always is fixed super quick! HUSL has made running my business so easy and efficient! I can't fault it!

Independent Stylist Dream!
As a busy mum of two running a salon business with a FIFO husband, HUSL has honestly been a game changer. Before HUSL, I spent so much time going back and forth with messages and phone calls trying to organise appointments. Now clients can book, reschedule, and pay their deposit online themselves, which has taken a huge amount of admin off my plate. Because my time on my phone can be limited, I would often forget to reply to messages and risk losing bookings. HUSL has streamlined everything and made my business feel far more organised and professional. I also love that clients can see their appointment pricing upfront, so there are no surprises and everyone knows exactly what to expect. The dropshipping feature is next level! Retail was never my strongest area, and I often second-guessed myself when recommending products. HUSL takes the guesswork out of it, allowing me to offer retail confidently without the stress of managing stock. The platform has helped me feel more professional, more efficient, and more in control of my business. I can't wait to see what features the team releases next. Highly recommend for independent stylists and salon owners looking to simplify their business and reclaim their time.

Husl team + app
I've been using the app for some time now and I'm absolutely loving it. Anything I wasn't sure about in the beginning I was able to easily contact the team and get it sorted out quickly. Their consistent support education sessions and generation of useful resources/content has seriously blown me away. I have used many different software systems in salon over my 20+ year experience in the hair industry and I've never had something that has given me so much peace of mind in knowing all bases are covered by their friendly team.

10/10 for me!
I've used many salon POS systems and this is by far the best for Indie hairdressers. The customer support is unlike any other, the simplicity is great and any issues are tended to immediately. To be able to purchase big brand items with no start up package pricing is just what indie hairdressers need. They provide regular education on the products they provide and are constantly expanding their product brand range. Also, to be able to sell products while not having to stock them is a game changer. Direct from warehouse to your customers door, speedy delivery AND you get a commission. This is the best change I've made by far, and I can't wait to see how it develops in the future.

Seriously a game changer in the hair industry!
As a solo hairdresser I can do everything in this app to manage my business! From booking my clients appts and taking their payments…to buying and drop-shipping products to my clients without holding any stock! And I get weekly commission for it! They also have their own Unwritten hair care which is Aussie made & owned. My one stop place for everything.

Amazing app and community
As an independent stylist honestly sometimes I've got no idea what I'm doing and there's really no one to reach out to for support. I got the test version of this app to play with and now get to be apart of the actual version. It's so easy to use. It's actually really straight forward. Extremely customisable. The fact that I can make money without doing anything is really helpful. The products are amazing quality without a hefty price tag. The commission rate is great. The website it creates is really user friendly to use as well. I love that it gives me access to brands that I wouldn't of got to before at a discounted rate that I don't have to waste $10k a yr on 'brand expectations' to be 'allowed' a wholesale account. And of course the ever growing supportive community that I wouldn't of got before hand either. The unwritten team are amazing. There isn't a question they haven't answered or a solution they haven't come up with. If you're an independent looking for a new booking system that can provide you everything under the one platform and help you make money without having to do anything - this is it. And it's all Aussie. You really can't go wrong. Download the app and have a play with it. You won't be disappointed.

Life changing! As a salon owner, I used to spend my evenings in bed sending endless messages back and forth with clients trying to organise appointments. Finding this app has genuinely changed both my business and my life. It makes my business look so professional to new clients, and it's incredibly easy to use. During setup, Marmi was amazing she was available through online. I've been using the app since May, and all of my clients love the convenience of booking online. I'm so grateful

I'm so grateful for the Husl app, its regular Monday education sessions are fab. The Husl team, especially Marmi, consistently organizes valuable content and follows up if I need help. I love how easy if is for me to send my guest links to product recommendations using husl and that I can also use it online socials Im very grateful to Victoria Domazet, who introduced me to Husl in the first place! Best decision I've ever made for my business to make the change to HUSL. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this app 👌 its simple and easy to set up, with support from real people. Onto of having a user friendly booking system you can also send clients links or drop ship products to clients and earn commissions ✨️ 10 out of 10 experience and everyone I've spoken to in the support team are hairdressers or have been part of the industry and have a deep understanding.

Best hairdressing app by far!
This app is so nice to look at, and super easy to use! The illustrations are also super cute! I've found it really quick and easy to find or edit things (like services), through the tabs at the bottom of the page which means it's quick to access things from. I wasn't around doing 10 things at once! So good how so much of what I need to run my business is in a little app!

The best choice I've made joining Husl!
Husl has made running my business so much easier and efficient with the Husl app. It has allowed me to be organised, keep clients happy getting there products to them on time, connect with like minded Indy hairdressers and enhance my brand professionally. Running a home salon, working on photoshoots/weddings/freelancing can become stressful but Husl has made this all do able with their easy to use booking system and ordering stock for clients while I'm on the road.
